1. Acceptance of terms
By using TrexServers ("we," "us"), a hosting service operated by INNETREX LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
We provide shared web hosting in the United States, including DirectAdmin access, email mailboxes on shared accounts, DNS hosting, and related services. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Domains: We offer domain name registration, transfer, and renewal services through ResellerClub. Domain registrations are subject to ICANN policies and the applicable registry's terms. You are responsible for maintaining accurate WHOIS contact information and renewing your domains before expiration.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for illegal activity, malware, spam, phishing, copyright infringement, or actions that harm our systems or other customers.
5. Payment and billing
Services are billed in advance (monthly or annually). Payment is due per invoice. Unpaid accounts may be suspended or terminated. Card and PayPal charges may appear as INNETREX on your statement.
6. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. There is no money-back guarantee unless we explicitly state one in writing.
7. Service availability
We work to keep services running reliably but do not publish uptime SLAs or service credits at this time. Scheduled maintenance may occur without prior notice for urgent security or stability work.
8. Data and backups
We perform regular best-effort backups for disaster recovery. Backups are not guaranteed and are not a substitute for your own copies of websites, email, and databases. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your DirectAdmin control panel and/or by contacting us through the portal. Prepaid periods are not automatically refunded upon cancellation.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INNETREX LLC and TrexServers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
