Requesting a Website Migration

If you are moving from another host, TrexServers can review your site and help with migration where practical.

What to include

The domain name being moved.
Your current hosting provider.
The control panel type, such as cPanel, DirectAdmin, WordPress, or other.
Any special requirements, such as email accounts, databases, or large file storage.

Important notes

Do not send passwords through regular tickets unless we specifically ask for a secure method. We may ask for a temporary login, backup archive, or other migration details depending on the source host.

After migration

We will tell you when to update DNS. Avoid changing DNS before the migrated copy has been checked.
