How to Open a Support Ticket

Step 1: Go to Support

  1. Login to your Dashboard
  2. Click Tickets
  3. Click Open New Ticket

Step 2: Fill in Details

  • Department - General, Technical, or Billing
  • Priority - Low, Medium, High, or Urgent
  • Subject - Brief description
  • Message - Detailed description

Response Times

  • Urgent: Within 1 hour
  • High: Within 4 hours
  • Medium: Within 8 hours
  • Low: Within 24 hours
