- Login to your Dashboard
- Click Tickets
- Click Open New Ticket
Step 2: Fill in Details
- Department - General, Technical, or Billing
- Priority - Low, Medium, High, or Urgent
- Subject - Brief description
- Message - Detailed description
Response Times
- Urgent: Within 1 hour
- High: Within 4 hours
- Medium: Within 8 hours
- Low: Within 24 hours
