Creating Email Accounts in DirectAdmin

Your hosting account can include domain-based email accounts, depending on your plan limits.

1. Sign in to DirectAdmin from your service details.
2. Open Email Manager → Email Accounts.
3. Click Create Account.
4. Enter the mailbox name, password, and quota.
5. Save the account.

Mail client settings

Use the mail server hostname shown in DirectAdmin or your welcome details. Common ports are:

• IMAP SSL: 993
• SMTP SSL/TLS: 465 or 587

If you are unsure which hostname to use, open a support ticket and include the domain name.
